The ReFashion Show is a program of the Trash to Treasure Movement, which was founded in 2020 to encourage the ideas of upcycling, sustainable fashion, and creative reuse.
The ReFashion Show, first launched in 2024, is a cause-based sustainable fashion event focused on raising environmental and social awareness around the impacts of the fast fashion industry.
Through wearable art, upcycled design, and community education, we highlight how the fashion industry is on track to become one of the world’s largest polluters while addressing textile waste and labor exploitation.
We also focus on building community and supporting local makers, artists, and sustainable fashion designers by giving them a platform to showcase and grow their businesses.
